Dr. Christopher Wolfe, D.O., FAAD, FACMS, FASDS, FASLMS is a Bay County native and a double board-certified, fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic & Reconstructive Surgeon and Dermatologist. He completed 3,000 Mohs cases during his training. He is 1 of 1900 fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons in the world and he is the only Mohs surgeon in the region utilizing a specialized form of Mohs surgery with MART-1 immunostains for the treatment of early-stage melanoma of the head and neck—offering same day results, higher cure rates, precise margin analysis, and smaller defects than standard treatment.

Professional Experience

Dr. Wolfe has completed over 18,000 Mohs surgeries and 40,000 surgical reconstructions. He has published twenty-seven manuscripts in peer-reviewed medical journals and contributed book chapters to leading dermatology references, including “Cancer of the Skin,” “Evidence-Based Procedural Dermatology,” and “Radiation Therapy in Dermatology.” He has also been an invited speaker at the American Academy of Dermatology’s annual conference. Dr. Wolfe’s academic achievements include graduating first in his class in both medical school and physician assistant programs, as well as serving as Chief Resident during his dermatology residency.

Military Service

A decorated Army combat veteran, Dr. Wolfe was stationed with the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, Georgia, and deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom, where his unit received the Presidential Unit Citation. His military honors reflect his dedication, leadership, and commitment to service.
