Some insurance plans may not cover Dermatology services, but we will happily file all insurances. Please check with your individual insurance carrier to find out if benefits are available for dermatology services. You may also call our office at (850) 769-1668 to find out if your services are covered.
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.

Prescription refills are only available during regular business hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Holidays excluded. Refill requests will take up to 48 hours for review.
If you have excessive bleeding after skin surgery, an allergic or adverse reactive to a prescription recently prescribed by Dr. Siragusa, Dr. Kovaleski, Dr. Bret Johnson, Charles Byron PA-C, Kelly Wood, PA, or Mary Carmon APRN, please call our main number (850) 769-1668. We have a 24-hour answering service.
